What we do

Whole-person
formation!

Real change reaches the whole person — mind, hands, and home. We work on every front: teaching children, training youth, raising leaders, and meeting the everyday needs of water, shelter, and care. Here’s how.

Education that opens doors

Every child deserves a classroom — and a future. Through our schools, children from rural and less-privileged families receive quality English-medium education, often becoming the first in their family to complete their schooling.

Real classrooms. Real teachers. Real futures.

Skills for a living

Education does not end at the school gate. For young people and women seeking new opportunities, Aspire opens the door to meaningful livelihoods.

Through training in computer literacy, English communication, hospitality, and essential workplace skills, participants gain the confidence and competence to enter the workforce. As a recognised training centre of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd. (RKCL) for the RS-CIT programme, Aspire equips individuals with practical skills that lead to employment and brighter futures

At our Tailoring Centre, women from marginalised and economically disadvantaged communities learn practical tailoring skills, creating clothing for women and children. More than a trade, tailoring provides a pathway to sustainable income, greater confidence, and the dignity of supporting their families.

The heart of it: we don’t just give aid; we build the ability to earn.

Leaders in the making

Communities rise when leaders rise. The Filadelfia Institute of Global Studies (FIGS) is where tomorrow’s changemakers are formed.

Through training, workshops, and one-on-one mentorship, students grow in the competencies that matter most — communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.

The heart of it: we’re raising leaders who won’t leave — they’ll lift their own communities.

Lifting up rural villages

Some needs are as basic as a desk, a safe place to sleep, or a drink of clean water. In the villages, we meet them.

a

A place to belong

Our educational residence provides a safe and nurturing home for children from our schools during the academic year. Alongside accommodation and nutritious meals, students receive mentoring, academic support, and guidance that helps them grow in character, confidence, and future aspirations.

b

Water that changes everything

Where clean drinking water is scarce, we dig deep. Every year, tube wells are provided to needy locations — reaching families who once walked miles for water.

c

Present in the hard moments

When crisis strikes, we respond with compassion and action. From disaster relief and emergency aid to community recovery, our teams stand with families when they need it most.

We also strengthen community wellbeing through health camps, disease awareness programmes, care for women, children, and the elderly, and environmental initiatives such as tree planting, waste management, and clean community campaigns.

The heart of it: whatever the moment demands, we’re there.

The heart of it: dignity delivered, right down to the village level.

Every rupee
reaches the ground.
